International Women’s Day (IWD) is a global celebration of women’s achievements and a call for gender equality.

Produce a video that showcases the concrete ways that your business supports women, like:

• Creating an employee compensation program that is fair, equitable, and transparent
• Providing mentorships for both current employees and young women in your wider community

Conduct interviews with women at your organization (from every level) about their career trajectory, and ask them about their experiences, hopes, struggles, and successes.
