Do you have a keen interest in the ever-evolving world of employer branding and recruitment marketing? Do you have a knack for creating useful content that educates and entertains? Do you enjoy sharing your knowledge online and having inspiring conversations with peers in your industry?

If you’re a creative thinker who is comfortable on camera and enjoys storytelling and content creation – then we want you on the EditMate team!

As our Social Content Director, you’ll play a role in shaping our brand’s online presence while positioning yourself as a leader in the employer branding space.

We’re looking for an experienced People leader to create and host 2 Branded Series for EditMate each month:

1. Pre-Recorded Interview Style Video-Podcast

An interview-style video-podcast series between you and other leaders in the People space.

You’ll be on camera, doing a deep dive with them to chat about all things People-related, including employer branding, recruitment marketing, talent acquisition, and DEI.

You’ll be responsible for booking guests, arranging pre-interviews to establish conversation topics, and recording the remote interviews.

2. Monthly Educational Webinar

You will arrange and host a webinar with a different guest each month. The guest could be a leader in the People space, a Head of Employer Brand at a company, or simply someone who can share with the audience (People leaders and HR folk) useful skills and actionable insights they can learn from.

You’ll be responsible for booking guests, designing webinar topics with them, and hosting/recording the webinar.

In addition to hosting the above series, you will also be responsible for creating relevant and compelling content to promote each episode and share highlights. This includes writing blogs, LinkedIn posts (both written and visual), and posting videos that our team will edit for you to share.

This role is purposefully designed to let the future Social Content Director lean into their interests in the People space, create the type of content they would want to consume, and provide them with a platform to make an impact.

Please send an email with your resume/LinkedIn profile, a short intro about you, and links to your previous on-camera work to support(at) with "SOCIAL CONTENT DIRECTOR" in the subject line.
